Ik stuurde het team aan en bracht het platform naar een veilige, compliant en auditeerbare productieklare status, met AI-auteurschap verankerd in het proces en kennisoverdracht naar de eigenaar.
Senior advisory and steering role on the submission platform of the Conveneo Human After All Prize, an award centred on how humans remain essential when using AI. I led the team and brought the platform to a secure, compliant and auditable production-ready state, with AI authorship embedded in the process and knowledge transfer to the owner.
